We aim to fulfil orders as and when available (with as little waiting time as possible).When clients contact us we therefore discuss when the order will be sent with the precise weight and price of the order being confirmed just before dispatch. We like to obtain the most exact butchery requirements from our clients to avoid sending anything not wanted . For example some people prefer the belly as it is, others like it to be turned into sausages.
We take orders for a quarter or a half pig. As a guide our prices are from:
Quarter pig - £70
Quarter pig with sausages - £75
Half pig (from 17.5kg) - £110
Half pig (from 17.5kg) with sausages - £120
