Catered Hog Roast

 

Please feel free to contact us about your event, as we treat each booking individually, and we will be only to happy to meet your requests. We rear our own pigs and only use meat directly from the farm within a 20 mile radius. All meat is butchered on site so you can be sure that you will be getting a very competitive price as well as meat of the highest pedigree. As far as possible we use seasonal vegetables taken directly from our farmhouse garden. We exhibit our pork at the nation's top food festivals and are sure that you won't be disappointed.

*Porchetta is a traditional Italian recipe in which the pig is deboned and stuffed with its own offal, rosemary, garlic and fennel. It is then stitched into a roll to retain a rich and moist flavour. A gourmand's delight!
